About
Behavioral Balance ABA
Supporting Young Children with Personalized, Compassionate ABA Therapy
Behavioral Balance ABA is a New Braunfels-based clinic specializing in early intervention for children under the age of 7 with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized care that helps children build essential life skills—while creating a positive, nurturing experience for both the child and their family.
Founded to serve our local community, we are rooted in the belief that every child deserves a caring, personalized approach to learning and growth. From day one, we work closely with families to understand your goals, celebrate your child’s strengths, and support their development every step of the way.
Our bilingual team—including our lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)—offers services in both English and Spanish to ensure inclusive care for the families we serve.

Our Process
Simple, Supportive, and Centered on Your Child
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry
Reach out by phone, email, or through our website intake form. A member of our friendly intake team will contact you to learn more about your child, answer your questions, and guide you through next steps.
2. Insurance Verification & Intake
We’ll help verify your insurance benefits—including Medicaid—and walk you through the paperwork. Our team makes this part smooth and stress-free so you can focus on your child.
3. Assessment & Evaluation
Your child will complete a comprehensive behavioral assessment with one of our licensed professionals. This gives us a detailed understanding of their current skills, needs, and areas for growth.
4. Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, our BCBA will create a customized therapy plan tailored to your child’s strengths, challenges, and developmental goals. This plan guides every session and is adjusted regularly as your child progresses.
5. Therapy Begins
Your child will begin one-on-one sessions with a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the supervision of a BCBA. Therapy typically ranges from 20–40 hours per week, depending on your child’s needs.
6. Ongoing Support & Communication
We keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive regular progress updates, parent coaching, and opportunities to collaborate with your child’s clinical team to ensure therapy is effective and meaningful.
